Green energy at PRO-TECH

In 2021, the company completed an investment to install photovoltaic panels, which improved the energy situation of the plant and reduced the carbon footprint produced by the company.

- The company co-operates in the training of pupils with the Secondary Technical School in Wschowa, Technical School No. 3 at the Polytechnic School Complex in Głogów, and the Technical School Complex in Leszno.
- PRO-TECH organizes traineeships and apprenticeships for students and pupils of vocational schools in the professions of logistics technician, mechanic technician. The company also trains students from the Vocational Technical School to learn the profession of machine tool operator.
- In addition, the company, in cooperation with the 1st School Complex in Wschowa, accepts young people from Germany for an internship as part of the ERASMUS+ Programme.
- The company also takes care of the professional development of its regular employees. To this end, it finances training conducted by the Office of Technical Inspection, enabling employees to obtain licences to operate forklifts or overhead travelling cranes.
- The company also finances training for employees in the operation of innovative CNC machines, conducted by the renowned company Mazak.
New, modern CNC machine to improve quality

- In 2023, in order to improve production capabilities, the Company purchased two new CNC machines. This made it possible to produce more precision products.
- PRO-TECH was the first in Poland to invest in a state-of-the-art CNC machine capable of machining large-size parts: a CNC Mazak Slant Turn 500M lathe, with machining parameters of Fi 380 x 3000mm. This has enabled us to process your orders even more efficiently.
